Quality and Shipment Date Guarantee
Management guarantees that confirmed shipment dates by Acxess Spring management will be met or the customer will receive a 25% credit on the portion of the specific order which was shipped late.

Unless specific shipping instructions accompany the purchase order, the merchandise will be shipped via UPS and will be insured only at customer's request.

Shortages:
All shortages must be reported in writing within 15 days from merchandise shipping date.

Returns of Merchandise:
No merchandise will be accepted at our plant without obtaining a return authorization number in advance. No custom merchandise shipped over 30 days prior will be accepted.
