In response to the COVID-19 virus outbreak in the world, the USA has decided to take extra precautions to protect those most vulnerable and has asked all those who can avoid social gatherings and being in crowded places to stay home and take precautionary measures.

Here at Acxess Spring we have implemented several procedures to protect everyone’s health as we remain open and operating to serve all our customers. We are abiding by strict health guidelines as well as additional precautionary processes that we have implemented.

Since we understand that every now and then some of our customers in the area wanted to do walk-in appointments for design assistance or immediate selection of replacement springs we want to announce that we can continue to assist and provide our services over the phone or online as needed but we recommend that you do not come into the shop unless absolutely necessary and under appointment.

If your case falls under the few exceptions that we allow to do a walk-in (such as if you are creating a medical device to assist the work of doctors during this pandemic and needs to be presented to us physically for design assistance) please schedule your walk-in with time so we can send you our health procedures before you come to our shop.

We are also taking extra precautions with our deliveries and ensuring that we have a controlled environment that promotes positive health habits and extra caution and precaution. This way we can ensure that we stay open and operate regularly and fulfill all orders.
