At Acxess Spring, it has always been our mission to make buying a custom spring fast, easy and reliable. We put our customer experience above it all and are always looking for ways to improve our products and services. That is why we have been working on improving our ISQ (Instant Spring Quote) tool; to facilitate the purchase process for custom springs. With our new ISQ tool, you will be able to get a custom spring in 3 easy steps. Not only do we make buying a spring more simple, but also more accurate by simplifying the entire spring design process.
With our enhanced Instant Quote Tool, these 3 easy steps are all it takes to have quality springs at your door in just a few days.
3 Easy steps to get a Quote and Buy a Custom spring
Step 1
Enter your dimensions and make sure you select the right unit of measure, then click on GET PRICE.
Step 2
Select the quantity and pricing that best suits your needs and preview your spring design by verifying its specs and tolerances, along with your spring’s rate and maximum force/travel capacity.
Step 3
Select whether you want to just email a quote or checkout and buy on the spot.
Tip for QUOTE:
If you are trying to get the quote out to a coworker or the purchasing department, just select whether you want your custom quote and/or blueprint to include customized information. This can include whose name you want to appear in the quote and if it was approved by someone in your department, along with other important fields.
Things to note on QUOTE:
If for some reason you don’t get a quote, your design might not be manufacturable under the specifications you selected. In this case, there are a few things you can adjust in order to obtain an instant quote, click here to learn more.
With the new upcoming enhanced features, all accurate custom spring designs can receive a blueprint, however, only those designs that are manufacturable for us will receive a quote and will be able to create a 3D CAD file. To recieve a CAD file you must select the type of CAD file you want in order to receive it via email.
