However, custom springs are not always easy to obtain. There are many parts to this process and many get stuck at engineering or spring design. Lead Time Vs. Shipping Time
- Lead time is the time it takes for your spring to be manufactured. Since custom springs undergo several manufacturing and quality processes, each custom job needs to be programmed and scheduled for set up. Once parts are manufactured, sent to quality control, and have passed all quality tests, they are then packaged for shipping.
- Shipping time can depend on the customer's shipping method preference. Since shipping is paid for by the customer, we offer different options. Ground and next day air are the most common, either you need them right away or you can wait up to a week to get them. However, there are other shipping methods we can accommodate per customer’s request. There are also different ways to pay for shipping. We can add shipping costs to the order total, or use a customer’s shipping account and company of choice.
At Acxess Spring, we know good quality custom spring parts are not easy to find. That is why we also offer international shipping. Although we are able to ship to most countries, there are a selected few we cannot ship to, so it is important to ask prior to placing an order. Shipping costs can vary greatly based on the amount and weight of the package as well as country we ship to.
